Cold exchangers

Does anyone know where one can get hold of a pair of these nice and
convenient 'de-icing devices' / 'cold dissipators', made of aluminium
profile, with an inverted U-tube at the top, intended for the nitrogen
outlets on Bruker supercon magnets ? Our new AMX-300WB was delivered
without these, that used to be a standard option in the past.
Rumour says, that due to some patent conflict, Bruker will not ship
these anymore.
I find the present silicone rubber tubing arrangement, with dripping
water from ice chunks at the outlet unsatisfactory (and quite ugly too).
