we are using a AMX400 with UXNMR ver. 911101.1 and we got in the last time
problems with running TPPI-NOESY's, i.e. after processing the spectra in
the usual way (xfb, then phasing) there seems to be NOE peaks (in the right
phase) but they are partially not in the same rows or columns like the
diagonal peaks so they disappear after syma.
Did anybody have similar problems ?
Which would be the best and fastest way to check if the TPPI routine is
running properly ?
Could this be a memory problem (i.e. wrong assignment of memory pages or
something like this) ?
I'm waiting for your advices !
