Could I ask everyone who is contemplating attending the meeting in October to
send in their reply cards ASAP. We have to firm up the blocked hotel rooms by
September 01.

If anyone did not receive the mailing in early July and wants to receive it now,
reply to this mail and I will see you get a copy right away. If you want to have
