Over the last several months our AMX-500 (with cpu-3) has given us
frequent "system paniced!" errors. When this happens, uxnmr and
UNIX crash and we are forced to reboot without shutting the computer
down. This always occurs immediately after a mouse click. I don't
think that the computer is over heating since the temperature of our
lab rarely exceeds 22 deg C and the filters are regularly cleaned.
Also, I don't think the problem is due to insufficient disk space
since the crashes happen whether the disk has plenty of space or not.
Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so what is the
solution?
