PHC1 is always referenced to the left edge of the spectrum, so you do not need
to know the pivot point for UXNMR processing. (Notice that when you adjust the
first-order phase correction, generally both PHC0 and PHC1 change.) If you have
some other software which needs a pivot point, that would be the parameter
OFFSET, which is the ppm value of the left edge of the spectrum.
