Dear Bruker users:
Due to the exchange of two-channel probe for three-channel (1H, 13C, 15N), the original
pulse sequences of 3D used on Bruker AMX500 equipped with two-channel probe don't work on the
machine with three-channel probe. Could you send me the new pulse sequences for 3D experiments suchas HCCH-COSY, HCCH-TOCSY, HN(CO)CA, HN(CA)HA, HNCO and HNCA.
