I recently performed dynamic NMR experiments on a Bruker ARX-300 NMR
spectrometer. I would like to simulate and itirate the experimental
spectra using DNMR5 program (D.S.Stephenson and G.Binsch) in order to
extract relevant kinetic parameters associated with the experiment.
Unfortunately, this program requires "spectrum input" to be in an 16 bit
ASCII (16I5 format), i.e., The "spectrum.in" file consists of one line
containing the the number of spectral points (I guess 10200 data points)
which follow, and then the remaining lines contain these
points in the format 16I5. My experimental spectrum is in WIN-NMR or
UX-NMR format and I would like to convert to the suitable format, which
I have no idea, how to do it. I wonder, Is there anyone here who could
offer my some advice regarding data conversion?
