We are starting a project that requires us to develop O-17 NMR
methodology. We have been able to see O-17 in D2O. However, the
base line roll from the probe head is really bad. I have read that
the RIDE pulse sequence can take care of this problem or decrease it
to a manageable level. Could anyone send me a copy of this pulse
sequence for an AMX-400. It seems that it is not present in our
library of pulse sequences.
