users for set and run

I am setting up automation and sample changer operation using
the 'set' and 'run' commands on a DRX-400.
When I type 'set' a menu comes up asking me to select a user
but there are no users in the list. I was told that there is
a group file where you can enter a list of users that are
allowed to use 'set' and 'run'. Does anyone know where this
file can be found?
