T1 of H2O

Dear Bummers,

I have been asked to measure T1 and T2 for H2O, not the residual H in D2O, on my
AC-200 instrument.

Does anyone have any experience doing that on an FT instrument? Also, I am
having some difficulty shimming since I am trying to use the FID in inlocked
mode. I tried using a Wilmad 520-2 coaxial insert with D2O in it and shim to
the lock but without much better success. Which shim is most likely to be
affected by the change in bulk suseptibility in changing from deuterated
solvents to regular hydrogen containing solvents.

Thanks,
