decoupling f2 and f3

Hello everybody,

We have a TBOBB-1H/2H-DZ-GRDZ5611 probe on an AVANCE DRX spectrometer.
When using a doubly enriched sample, we usually need to decouple both 13C
and 15N. The problem is the following :
when decoupling 15N or 13C (GARP) we have a normal spectrum but when
simultaneous decoupling is used, no signal is visible. Also the noise
increases a lot.
We have a 13C-pass 2H stop filter on the 13C channel and a Band pass 15N on
the BB (15N) channel.
We have tested the signal output with an oscilloscope and it is working
fine including the decoupling.

Do we have to do something special when applying simultaneous decoupling on
both channels??
Do we have to use other filters?

Thanks in advance for your help on this.

Best regards

Dominique
