Xwin-NMR and plotting

I am using XWIN-NMR and we used to plot spectra without any
problem on our HP690 inkjet printer. Once we had some problem
on our INDY and had to reload only the IRIX O/S (5.3), but
the XWIN-NMR was in tact. Since reloading IRIX, while we are
able to run XWIN-NMR, we are unable to plot the spectra on the
HP inkjet printer. We tried reintalling the printer-plotter
through the installation menu on UXNMR, but it does not help.
It shows that the HP690 is installed, but remains idle after
the plot command is given.

Has anyone experienced similar problems and may be you can
share that with me.
