life without gradients

Dear Bruker Users,

I am running XWINNMR Ver 1.3 on an AMX-400 with a BSN-18 scm shimpad.
Since I do not have gradients, I am trying to incorporate two poor man's
purge pulses in front of my pulse sequence (in this case HMQC - see
below for standard pulse program). Does anyone know how to modify the
program? In addition, how does one find the right value for the
homospoil?

Thanks in advance for you help.
