We are in the process of attempting to determine order parameters for
several small neuropeptides. I was wondering if any one was the pulse
programs for the determination of N15 T1 and T2 data using the pulse
sequence of Kay, Nicholson, Delaglio, Bax and Torchia (J. Magn. reson.
1992, 97 359-375) on an AMX or a DMX. We are also looking for an AMX or
DMX pulse program to determine heteronuclear H1-N15 NOEs.
Any help which you can provide would grealty be appresiated. Any helpful
suggestions on these experiments would also be helpful.
