Gateway address

My problem:
I have had to change the gateway address on my Indy connected to an AMX500,
this is I did manually but everytime you reboot, the system pulls in the old
gateway address. Does anyone know the name of the file and where it is
located that gives the "net default: gateway xxxxxx" on bootup? Thanks in
advance!
