Hello. I had the same problem with my replacement fan for an amplifier in
a DMX high-power rack. Rather than trying to fight with Bruker, I simply
resigned myself to manually opening the air-flow interlock each time I
switch on the amplifier (we switch between liquids and solids often). The
interlock is accessible behind the air filter door on the front of the amp.
I simply nudge open the door with a cotton swab after turning power on.
While the new fan is not strong enough to open the door itself, mine is
able to *keep* the door open after the manual assist. I tried lubricating
the interlock to get it to switch on with this weaker air draw, but I was
not successful. This workaround has been in use for over a year, and I
have not detected any problems that could be attributed to any temperature
difference that might exist inside the amp due to the different air flows
of the old and new fans. Let me know if you find any alternative
solutions!
Good luck.
