We have an AC-400 with a BACS-60 automatic sample changer that has a =
barcode reader.

This barcode reader has always had annoying spells when 10% or more of =
barcodes are not read, even when the labels are apparently clearly =
printed.

Does anyone have experience of this barcode readers, and any suggestions =
on what can be done to make this work reliably? The sample tube collars =
holding the barcodes are spun OK by the reader mechanism.

We print barcode labels using the F+O thermal printer supplied by =
Bruker, and the printer itself is getting old. We cannot use pre-printed =
labels, because of our unusual user i.d./experiment set up. Any =
suggestions of printer options?
