Long term acquisition problem on AMX-II

Hi folks

We have an AMX-II 500 which we recently upgraded to a SGI O2
running XWINNMR 2.6
which is exhibiting a strange problem on long term data collection. I we
collected a C-13 overnight
and due a tr transfer at regular points throughout the aquisition we can
see the signal to noise grow to a max and then start decaying, depending
on when we see stop the aquisition we may or may not have any signal left.
Our other AMX -500 configured the same way running Xwin-2.6 does not show
t his behavior nor does our DRX-500 running Xwin 2.6 show this problem
;Bruker has sent us replacement 451 receiver unit ;HPPR pre amp, ;top hat
for HPPR; X- amplifier none of which have solved the problem. My next
guess is to replace digitizer, and buffer boards.
Has anyone seen a similar problem or have any good guesses of where
to go next
                                                Thanks

                                                George
