O1 in F1 dimension

Dear Bruker users,

I am puzzled by a problem: how central frequency is determined for F1
in 2D experiments? It is understandable for F2, since the detected RF
signal is mixed with reference RF signal, and only difference signal is
kept, so the frequency of reference signal is the center of spectrum.
But for F1 dimension, there is no such process, what determines the
center of spectrum in F1? Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Wu Jihui
