1H[19F} Difference NOE

Dear BUMmers,

Thanks to all who responded to my question regarding 1H observe, 19F
irradiated Difference NOE pulse program for a DPX system with a QNP probe.
The comments from Xiaohong Liu and efforts of Peter Ziegler were especially
helpful in coming up with a solution.

I have included the modified version of the zgf2pr pulse program, renaming
it hfnoeqn. The noediff au program also needs to be modified and renamed.
In the section which defines the spectrometer type (Avance), the line

STOREPAR('PULPROG","zgf2pr");
needs to be changed to:
STOREPAR('PULPROG","hfnoeqn");
