He compressor enclosure

Hi all,
Anyone out there with a cryoprobe and a He compressor in the same room as the spec? What sort of sound enclosures are adequate and/or desirable? Is a wood box with acoustic insulation OK? Does the compressor need much air-cooling, or is this pretty much handled by the water chiller (and how noisy are they)?

Thanks,

David A. Horita
