BUM,
Anybody using a Bruker 1mm TXI microprobe for mass limited work?. I
have a group here that is making small amounts of nucleotide-drug
adducts, they are struggling to get 1 mM in Shigemi tubes. They can
get about 50-100 ug so in the 5 uL things should work out well. It's
either buy a new probe or new preparative HPLC......
