TCL Version for SGI and Linux

Hello Bruker Users,

 

My SGI O2 computer has TCL version 7.4 installed, which is an older version.
(8.4 is current).

 

Will the Bruker NMR software work if I upgrade TCL to the most recent
version?

 

If not, is it possible to install both versions at the same time?

 

There are a lot of features in the newer TCL that would be nice to use.
