water elimination in postprocessing

Dear all,

I am importing non-Bruker data into xwinnmr for processing. The water has
not been eliminated sufficiently in the raw data and additional
postprocessing and further treatment is needed to reduce/ eliminate the
water from the 1D or 2D spectrum. Do you have any helpful hints on this?
Methods to postprocess water in 1D and 2D will be useful.
