Dear all,
after just losing two power supplies which most likely can be traced
bac to a power outage we are looking into the most cost effective way
to protect our NMR spectrometers (Bruker DPX300 and DRX500) from
power surges.
Many seem to be using UPS. What would be the minimum requirement if
all one wanted is to span the gap of a second or so glitch in power
and prevention of power spikes ? And are there any other options
like a plain old surge protector or voltage stabilizor for the
voltages (220V) and load involved ?
Thanks for any advice
