Hi, I want to set up a selective 1D HMBC ps and I would like to have
some feed back about the shape and duration of the selective pulse. I
found in the literature data for selective pulse sequence for the
determination of long range CH Js.

I am interested in observe the long range of carbonyl groups in small
peptides.

Does anyone have some experience using this experiment?

Suggestions are welcome.
