2H-NMR on TopSpin 1.3

Hello, I'm a 4 years experience user having problems to obtain 2H spectra on
low concentration samples. I'm using TopSpin 1.3 on AVANCE 400 system. I'm
using the X-BB amp to observe 2H but sensitivity is very low. Anyone have
been doing 2H-NMR of natural abundance samples or very low concentration
samples with good sensitivity? Any suggestion? I will appreciate any
comments.
