error of BVT3000

Hi all,
Due to failure of UPS, the temperature controller(BVT3000) in our Bruker 600MHz
NMR machine can not work now, it only displays "P ch" instead of temperature in
normal state. I wonder if anyone else knows the meaning of the error message? Is
serious the defect? Many thanks.
