HETLOC parameters

Dear all,

I am working on setting up a HETLOC experiment, for which the pulse
program 'dipsi2etgpjcsix1' seems appropriate.

There is one parameter that is not clear to me, in the pulse program
it is listed as:

cnst16: = J(scale) factor

Can anyone explain what this does and what a suitable value might be?
