Hi all,
Our AV500 platform was transfered from Xwinnmr to topspin2.0 recently. I observed a lot of "diamond" artifact peaks in my 2D water suppressed NOESY, which was not obvious under the older xwinnmr environment. The manual suggested to use a longer phase presetting using command edscon. However, there were no such parameters under edscon of the topspin2.0. How to deal with this problem?
