Welcome to MOOT 28! This year, McMaster will be hosting the event in Hamilton on the weekend of October 24/25th. The MOOT NMR meeting is now well-established and has always been a relatively small, informal gathering. Its main goal is to serve as a forum for students and postdocs to present their latest work. There is, of course, also an important social aspect, with a chance for the NMR community in central and eastern Canada to get together and catch up with each other. This years meeting will follow the usual format: arrival and socializing on Friday, talks and posters on Saturday, followed by a banquet, then talks on Sunday morning. This year, we have two keynote speakers: Mike Noseworthy from McMaster and Rams Ramamoorthy from the University of Michigan. Bookmark the MOOT website and watch for further updates.
