The following pinout should work to an HP7550A and other HP Plotters.
On the 7550A you connect to the center port "computer/modem" and
use the default configurations. These can be set by holding the
UP arrow key while turning on the plotter. Bruker also makes this
cable, p/n HZ04112. On the Indy, connect to serial port 1 or 2.
In XwinNmr 'cfpp', choose ttyf1 or ttyf2.
