Processing TopSpin data using XwinNMR 3.5 & edc

Dear all,

I am trying to process data recorded using TopSpin with XwinNMR 3.5,
and all my spectra are being distorted - a large sine wave style
wiggle across the spectrum. Has anyone else experienced this?

The reason I am doing this is that my facility has 3 dedicated
processing data stations which are SGI O2s running XwinNMR 3.5. I
have three spectrometers running XwinNMR on SGI O2s and one
Linux/TopSpin system. I have successfully processed solid state NMR
data this way that was recorded using TopSpin elsewhere.

Is there a new parameter I need to make adjustments for? So far I
have tested both 1H and 15N 1D spectra with the same odd results.

Has anyone found a way to customize the parameter menu that appears
in the TopSpin 'edc' window? It would be nice to make this only show
parameter sets that have been setup for the system, rather than all
the default files.

Thanks,

Phil.
