Dear Sir

I am a post doc at NIH and working with instruments:

Bruker DRX-600

Bruker DMX-500

At the moment I am looking for pulse program of selective 1D Tocsy-noesy
experiment and also some crucial points which I have to take care during
setting this experiment. Secondly, how to generate half-gaussian shaped
pulse and calibration of 180 shaped pulse.

I would greatly appreciate if some one can help me in this regard
