CCB Poster Printing Services

The Department of Chemistry & Chemical Biology offers a high-quality, fast, and convenient poster production service for all members of the McMaster community. We can fill all of your poster printing needs in-house for:

  • Research conferences
  • Undergraduate presentations
    • Large printing orders for undergraduate courses and colloquia can be arranged. Please inquire for requirements and pricing
  • Facilities communications
  • Departmental bulletins

Price List:

  • Satin Cloth – $120
  • Photo Paper – $80
  • Standard Paper – $40

Poster Dimensions:

  • At least one dimension of your poster must be 36″ or 42″ to fit our paper or cloth rolls
    • Please note, only 36″ is available for cloth
  • Prices above are based on the other poster dimension being less than 72″. Larger posters can be printed but pricing will be adjusted based on the size

Production Time:

  • Posters should be sent a minimum of 2 business days before you need to pick it up
  • Shorter turnaround requests are reviewed on an individual basis and will be subject to a $10 rush fee. It is subject to approval, based on availability, and is not guaranteed

Payment Methods:

  • Preferred methods of payment are direct charges to a McMaster chartfield or McMaster student account
    • Please note, it is your responsibility to check your student account balance in Mosaic and ensure you make a payment on time in order to avoid late and/or interest charges
  • If neither of these payment methods are available, posters can be paid with exact cash (we cannot provide change). 13% HST is added to cash payments
