  • Visit CCB office (ABB-156) to pick up a card

Requesting Access to ABB/ABB Annex Research Labs

• Complete mandatory safety training
  • Refer to Safety Training Listing for list of courses
• Complete Safety Equipment and Exit Location Checklist
• Fill out and submit Lab Keycard Access Request Form (after obtaining card and completing training)
  • Questions/issues with the form contact Terry Chu at ccblabs@mcmaster.ca
• For access to Core Facilities and other buildings, refer to Contacts List

Lab Access Extension

• Request supervisor to contact Terry Chu at ccblabs@mcmaster.ca and indicate a new expiry date

LOST/BROKEN CARD

• Contact Security Services at 905-525-9140 x24281 to report a lost access card
• Follow instructions above to obtain a new access card
• Fill out and submit Lab Keycard Access Request Form after new card obtained
