- Visit CCB office (ABB-156) to pick up a card
- PDFs, RAs, Staff, Faculty (Working@Mac access card)

- Visit The Hub (JHE-216A) to pick up a card
Requesting Access to ABB/ABB Annex Research Labs
- Complete mandatory safety training
- Refer to Safety Training Listing for list of courses
- Complete Safety Equipment and Exit Location Checklist
- Fill out and submit Lab Keycard Access Request Form (after obtaining card and completing training)
- Questions/issues with the form contact Terry Chu at chut@mcmaster.ca
- For access to Core Facilities and other buildings, refer to Contacts List
Lab Access Extension
- Request supervisor to contact Terry Chu at chut@mcmaster.ca and indicate a new expiry date
LOST/BROKEN CARD
- Contact Security Services at 905-525-9140 x24281 to report a lost access card
- Follow instructions above to obtain a new access card
- Fill out and submit Lab Keycard Access Request Form after new card obtained
